O Briain (originally Irish) is undoubtably one of the most recognizable faces on British TV nowadays, as a host of the hugely successful ‘Mock The Week’ and his most recent shows ‘Dara O Briain: School of Hard Sums’ and ‘Dara O Briain’s Science Club’ for BBC2. The recurrent theme always being: his passion for science and comedy. The latter might have something to do with his original degrees in mathematics ànd physics.
With Crowd Tickler however, Britain’s favourite Irishman is going back to this stand-up comedy roots. After a break of 3 years, he’s back in comedy-business. Once again he takes the stage and relishes exchanging ultra rapid-fire quip with members of the audience, and delivers witty and daring anecdotes like no other stand-up comedian.
