With Marcel Lucont (FR) and Alexis Dubus (UK)
Lebowski’s is a new and supercosy comedy bar in Antwerp. On a regular base, you’ll be able to see up-and-coming international talent bringing some much needed international comedy to a world city like Antwerp during our English Comedy Nights. For this edition we have the pleasure of introducing Marcel Lucont and Alexis Dubus, in one of their first combined performances.
Forget everything you ever learned about romance, and spice up your Tinder-game with the tips of the French dark romantic Marcel Lucont (FR). This multi-award winning laconic brings his dry wit, bawdy chansons and exquisite sex poetry for a unique night in Antwerp. The infamous Lucont has been celebrated across international comedy festivals and a really refreshing character in the contemporary comedy scene.
In this unique line-up, the English Alexis Dubus will take off where Marcel stopped. Any similarities in their appearances are fictional. He is a London-based performer who somehow got away with travelling the globe whilst, more often than not, pretending to be other things. His Philosophy and Psychology studies were only the first stop in his impressive itinerary, which somehow got him in a obscure comedy sketch group Ubersausage, including a man they genuinely believed to be from Kazakhstan.
