De succesvolle Amerikaans-Iraanse komiek Max Amini komt met zijn nieuwste comedyshow naar België. Na uitverkochte shows in o.a. thuisland Amerika, Duitsland, Australië en Canada, betreedt de internationaal geroemde Amini tijdens zijn tweede wereldtour voor het eerst het Belgische podium. In 2002 maakte Amini zijn debuut in de LA Improv comedyclub. Vanaf het eerste moment pakte hij het toen nog kleine publiek volledig in. Amini groeide daarna gestaag uit tot een internationaal erkend komiek. Ruim een decennium later kunnen we spreken van een ware Amini fanbase, met volgers van de V.S. tot in de Emiraten. Met meer dan 10 miljoen views op YouTube timmert Amini hard aan zijn internationale carrière. Hij werkt ook zeer vaak samen met zijn goede vriend Maz Jobrani.
Improvisatiekunsten
Amini’s comedyshows zijn energiek en bevatten rake verhalen over familiebanden, cultuurverschillen en social topics. The successful American-Iranian comic Max Amini is bringing his newest comedy show to Belgium. After sold-out venues throughout the globe (US, GER, CAN, AUS), he will try to win over the Belgian audience for the first time ever on the 15th of May in Antwerp at Zuiderspershuis.
Max’s debut dates back to 2002, when he entered the LA Improv Comedy Club. He was able to charm his way through every sketch and the (then still small) audiences absolutely adored him. From then onwards, Max Amini slowly built his international career as a comedian. A little more than a decade later, the Amini-fanbase is a thing. With followers from the US to the Arabic Emirates and more than 10 million views on Youtube, one thing is clear: Max Amini made it, internationally.
