Volgens sommigen niet zijn beste show. Maar Eddie Izzard bracht die avond wat ik nodig had: absurditeit, charisma en ‘out of the box comedy’. Naast Bill Bailey één van mijn favorieten. Ik hou van zijn vele filmverwijzingen en zijn grondige kennis van dressuur :-). Kortom van iedere minuut genoten!

Big disappointment; having a number of his DVD’s and introducing a friend – they was so much he could have used about Brexit and Trump and yet limited himself to a few curses. Seemed to be rambling and fleshing out his material with actions and meaningless repetitions. What a shame. The audience generally seemed to laugh at any word or phrase he uttered with or without any humour or wit attached. He was a a bit of a hero and now will not even get my vote if he goes as planned for MP or Mayor in a few years time. Should have been so much more polished …

I am unfortunately disappointed with his performance. As a British person I found it hard sometimes to follow his jokes, as he was rambling alot of times. He said himself a few times he lost the audience due to rambling. I was expecting a more polished performance, not somebody who forgot where the story was going. I would not see him again even if it was free. Sorry.

very funny, very special, unique brand of comedy, loved the show.

Eerste deel ietwat matige opbouw en aanpak. Deel twee was stukken consistenter en verrassender. Performance was super vanaf deel 2. Het gepubliceerde tijdsschema was ook licht anders bijgevolg: opgejaagd voor niets en een duurdere babysit :-)
